Call Centre Agent (m/f/d)

• Hourly wage of €16.00

• Your area of responsibility will include fault acceptance in 1st level support
• You will be responsible for forwarding customer enquiries to the technical department
• In addition, you will be responsible for recording incoming calls in SAP
• Not least, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer concerns

• You have completed a commercial vocational training programme, e.g. as an IT clerk (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, understand technical documents easily and can communicate clearly within the team
• With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
• You are willing to work in shifts and at weekends
• You score points with your excellent communication skills and impress with your customer-oriented way of working
