• You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of technical product complaints, ensuring smooth processing and high service quality
• In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed root cause analysis of complaints and will carry out your own investigations or coordinate the specialist departments
• The evaluation of investigation results and the preparation of well-founded reports and technical documentation is also part of your daily tasks
• In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring the overall progress of the investigation and actively developing sustainable solutions to continuously improve the performance of the products
• As part of your work, you will support the organisation and dispatch of complaint samples to internal and external partners worldwide
• Finally, you will be responsible for technical communication with all interfaces involved, to ensure transparent information transfer throughout the entire complaints process

• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
• You already have sound professional experience in the implementation of challenging development projects within a technically oriented industrial company in an international environment
• A high level of technical understanding and a pronounced enthusiasm for complex technical contexts characterise your way of working and your professional personality
• You have solid user knowledge in data preparation and reporting, Ideally, you have already gained experience with tools such as JIRA or Power BI
• German language skills at native speaker level as well as very good written and spoken English skills for internal and external communication
• You have a valid work permit for Germany as well as a permanent residence in Germany
