Job description

  • You are responsible for collection and delivery scheduling and coordinate the relevant processes efficiently
  • You are also responsible for monitoring delivery and collection quality and initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations
  • You also process undeliverable consignments professionally and document the relevant processes
  • You accept national and international consignments, and ensure a smooth service process
  • In the event of complaints, you are in telephone contact with customers and couriers and find customer-oriented solutions
  • You reliably arrange delivery dates and coordinate them with all parties involved
  • In addition, you handle written and telephone complaints professionally
  • During your working hours, you are responsible for the cash register and receipts at the customer counter
  • Vehicle and route checks round off your versatile job. and tour checks round off your varied job profile

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial vocational training programme, e.g. as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d), forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively, you can also score points as a career changer (m/f/d) with many years of professional experience within scheduling
  • Your good PC skills are additionally complemented by a sound knowledge of MS Office

  • Very good knowledge of German and ideally good written and spoken English are part of your profile
  • Logical thinking and a pronounced problem-solving ability will help you in your day-to-day business
