• You will set up and calibrate 3D measuring machines and the associated measuring equipment, and check that they are ready for use
• Using 3D measuring machines from ZEISS, the 3D surfaceroughness measuring machine from ALICONA and the 3D gear measuring machine from GLEASON, you work confidently and adapt them programmatically for series measurements
• You monitor test equipment and gauges and take care of the maintenance of machines and accessories
• You carry out measurements in accordance with specifications and based on existing part-specific measurement programmes
• You document and archive results in the CAQ system and also record them in the ERP system
• You will liaise directly with colleagues from Production and Production Organisation and discuss measurement results and actions with QA officers or design engineers

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), a machining mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have knowledge and experience of coordinate measuring technology and, ideally, have attended specific training courses on 3D measurement of components
• You are confident using MS Office and ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work a three-shift system
