Employee Code of Conduct

We believe that daily interactions among people, whether professional or private, should be guided by a proper sense of morality, ethics, and decency. Shared understanding of these values lays a solid foundation for collaboration on equal terms. Numerous standards—particularly the German Temporary Employment Act, General Equal Treatment Act, collective agreements—as well as societal values like tolerance, commitment, respect, and helpfulness, provide guidance in interpersonal interactions. Only by living these standards and values can a common goal be successfully achieved. When each individual takes responsibility for their actions, conscious and free work becomes possible, allowing individuality to flourish.
