Job description

  • You will work in the IT team in second level support for around 400 to 500 employees and process support requests in the ticket system
  • You will analyse faults in the client and application environment and application environment and provide support in resolving them
  • You look after workstation systems as well as software distribution and device management with Baramundi
  • In addition, you manage user and access rights as well as access to file shares
  • You work on IT projects together with your team, for example with software rollouts or system changes

Requirements

  • You have completed IT training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have initial professional experience in second level support
  • You also have basic knowledge of client management and ideally of Baramundi
  • You have experience in dealing with ticket systems
  • In addition, you speak German fluently (at least C1 level) and can communicate in English if required
