- You act as the central contact person for the customers and countries assigned to you in all matters relating to complex spare parts logistics
- In addition, you are responsible for the acceptance and careful logistical and commercial inspection of all incoming customer orders in compliance with specific specifications
- Furthermore, you actively eliminate any delivery problems that arise and are responsible for professional escalation management in close cooperation with all internal and external partners:
- The implementation and monitoring of the timely delivery of spare parts orders is also one of your main tasks, whereby you must comply with internal regulations and legal requirements such as export controls and dangerous goods
- As part of your work, you will prepare all necessary invoices including the correct issuing of credit and debit notes to ensure accounting
- Finally, you will identify optimisation potential for existing processes and develop solution-oriented proposals in cooperation with the process partners:inside and support process management in their implementation
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree, for example as a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have relevant professional experience, which you have ideally gained in a service or sales organisation in the area of order management and processing
- You have a sound knowledge of business administration.processing
- You are characterised by your solid knowledge of business administration, with in-depth knowledge of complex supply chain management in particular
- You are experienced in managing various interfaces and have very good knowledge of all relevant logistics processes, including export and the entire transport and and forwarding
- Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as your business fluent English language skills in international communication are mandatory
- Furthermore, you have a confident handling of logistics-relevant SAPmodules and have a very good working knowledge of all common MS Office applications
- Finally, you are a highly motivated personality with an above-average performance standard who likes to take the initiative and advance topics confidently and independently
- In addition, you are characterised by your strong team spirit and excellent organisational skills combined with a strong quality and customer orientation and clear communication skills
