For our client, a medium-sized company in the paper processing and envelope production sector in Alfeld, we are looking for you as Office Management Clerk (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the general organisational and administrative management tasks in your relevant department to ensure a smooth daily routine
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the careful recording, maintenance and management of important data and documents in the relevant internal systems
  • In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments and preparing meetings and presentations for the relevant decision-makers

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in a comparable administrative or clerical position in an industrial environment
  • You have a good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, characterise you and make your daily work easier
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as your good English skills enable you to communicate with international partners:inside
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of organisational skills and an independent way of working in order to complete all tasks on time
