- You will be responsible for an assigned group of employees and will be the first point of contactfor all payroll-related issues
- Your daily tasks include helping with payroll accounting, including monthly financial statements, whereby precision and accuracy are a matter of course
- You are responsible for the organisation and administration of time management and the maintenance of master data, to ensure that processes run smoothly
- In your dealings with the authorities and health insurance companies, you will ensure secure communication and process certificates routinely
- You will contribute your expertise to HR-relevant special projects and actively support innovative changes
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
- You are characterised by sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
- You have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Ideally, you are also familiar with SAP ERP HCM systems
- German language skills at level C1 are a matter of course for you
- Very good communication skills, a strong sense of service and the ability to work in a team allow you to act confidently at all times
