• You’ll be responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email
• Answering and transferring telephone calls will also form part of your duties
• You’ll be responsible for receiving and processing postal items
• You will be responsible for managing staff diaries and booking appointments
• Looking after the reception area and visitors rounds off your role

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
• with experience in this professional field, you’ll really shine
• you have a good command of German
