Job description

  • You will provide administrative and operational support for all HR and finance activities within the dedicated team
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the independent and timely processing of payroll accounting using DATEV software for the workforce
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous and payroll accounting using the DATEV software for the workforce
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the continuous data maintenance in the system as well as the conscientious processing and posting of all business transactions as part of the daily routine
  • The processing of all payment transactions as well as the preparation and creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements is also part of your job, quarterly and annual financial statements are also part of your responsible tasks
  • As part of your job, you will support the optimisation of internal processes in accounting and be available as a competent contact person for tax law issues

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed vocational training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) in your previous career
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in payroll and financial accounting and are ideally familiar with current labour, tax and social security law, tax and social security law
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ideally practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and DATEV
  • Written and spoken German at native speaker level is essential for daily correspondence and the documentation of business transactions in the company
