• You will check, record and post incoming invoices as well as bank and cash movements independently
• You will also control our accounts payable and accounts receivable management and keep an eye on open items
• You will be involved in monthly and annual financial statements - with the prospect of gradually taking on more responsibility
• You will be the contact person for suppliers:internal, service providers and internal teams
• You are responsible for looking after several companies and actively contribute to the further development of our processes

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in accounting
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are characterised by a strong command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
