Job description

  • You will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and the precise account assignment of all business transactions, taking into account the applicable legal framework and internal guidelines

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an accountant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) with sound theoretical and practical knowledge
  • In addition, you have relevant professional experience in financial accounting, ideally gained in a car dealership or a comparable trading company with complex goods flows
  • You have a sound knowledge of common accounting software and are experienced in using MS Office applications, especially Excel, characterise you as a competent specialist
  • German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a confident manner of expression for correspondence with customers and suppliers are essential
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of teamwork and strong communication skills, to work effectively with the various specialist departments of the dealership towards common goals
  • Finally, you are absolutely reliable and conscientious and always work independently, in a structured manner and always maintain the necessary overview even with a high workload
