Job description

  • You will be responsible for the validation and account assignment of digital invoice documents
  • You will also be responsible for controlling and monitoring the approval workflow
  • You will be responsible for the accounting verification and posting of invoice documents as part of an electronic workflow in compliance with the Hospital Accounting Ordinance (KHBV) and the existing cost centre plans
  • You are responsible for the preparation and provision of payment runs
  • You take care of the other processing of accounts payable (e.g. account clarifications and internal matters).
  • Account reconciliations and clarifications in the area of general ledger accounting fall within your remit
  • You are responsible for other processing in accounts payable (e.g. account clarifications and internal clarifications, adjustment postings, recurring postings, correspondence, processing reminders)

  • Requirements

    • You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
    • Ideally, you have experience in accounts payable and processing invoice documents
    • You are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
    • You have a good command of written and spoken German
    • A strong understanding of numbers and structure speak in your favour
    • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
