Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent preparation of client accounting, including general ledger and subledger accounting, as well as the structured transfer of data from all upstream systems
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation and participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable and annual financial statements in accordance with the applicable rules of the German Commercial Code
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the entire personnel administration from the management of personnel files to the provision of accounting-relevant data to the external tax office

Requirements

  • Your training as an accountant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification forms the ideal professional basis for this responsible position in the company
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting and human resources and are absolutely confident in dealing with the common accounting regulations according to the German Commercial Code
  • You will use your IT skills in common ERP systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel, in your everyday work, to ensure efficient and digital document processing
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as a clear way of expressing yourself are essential for communication with all those involved in the specialist area
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany as well as a permanent residence in Germany as a mandatory requirement for taking up this position with our client
  • You are characterised by your structured way of working as well as your high level of reliability, a strong affinity for numbers and your ability to optimise processes analytically within your area of responsibility
