Job description

  • You are responsible for recording, reconciling and continuously maintaining all business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, G/L accounts and asset accounting in compliance with all commercial and tax law requirements
  • You are responsible for preparing annual financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss account and other relevant analyses in a timely manner, notes and other relevant analyses
  • As a competent interface to auditors, you answer their queries professionally and actively support them in the annual financial statement process
  • With your trained eye, you ensure that all legal requirements are met, check accounting data for completeness and plausibility and thus ensure outstanding data quality in accounting

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounts and asset accounting as well as in the independent preparation of annual financial statements
  • You are confident in using your specialist knowledge of accounting and HGB - you are proficient in dealing with commercial and tax law regulations as well as and tax regulations as well as the account assignment of business transactions and are always well versed in accounting issues
  • You work routinely with IT tools and MS Office and ideally have already gained experience in using accounting software such as Navision
  • Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
