• In the accounting and HR departments, you will support both departments in equal measure
• Personnel administration tasks such as managing personnel files and drawing up employment contracts, and certificates
• Prepare monthly financial statements and actively participate in payroll accounting
• Prepare payslips independently, maintain payroll accounts and communicate with social insurance providers
• Deal with queries and administrative issues in a structured manner and ensure that everything runs smoothly

• You ideally have suitable vocational training or many years of experience
• Your previous experience in HR is welcome
• You have knowledge of accounting
• Ideally, you have already worked with Lexware or DATEV
• Your driving licence and your own car are necessary
• Reliability and a careful way of working are your hallmarks
