Job description

  • You will be responsible for the full implementation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and general ledger accounting, including regular account reconciliation and the processing of operational dunning
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the precise account assignment of all incoming and outgoing invoices and the timely processing of all payment transactions within the company
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the detailed preparation of the post-calculation of all projects, to ensure a sound basis for the respective project managers for further processing
  • The preparation of analyses and the professional presentation of results on the basis of DATEV evaluations are also part of your responsible tasks in this position
  • As part of your work, you will support the management by taking on various administrative tasks as well as the conscientious management and maintenance of internal checklists and orientation lists
  • Finally, you will be responsible for operational liquidity and P&L planning and make a significant contribution to the preparation and preparation of the monthly business financial statements

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) as well as further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in a comparable position in finance and have already successfully demonstrated your expertise in daily practice
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office programmes, Ideally, you already have initial practical experience in the professional use of DATEV software
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a clear and precise way of expressing yourself for internal and external communication
