Job description

  • You will provide active support in asset accounting
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, management and valuation of fixed assets
  • You will carry out depreciation independently and reconcile the asset accounts
  • You will be involved in accounts payable, For example, you check invoices, post incoming invoices and take care of payment transactions
  • You actively participate in the annual financial statements and contribute to their timely completion
  • You work closely with internal departments and external partners and ensure smooth communication

Requirements

  • With your completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training in financial or balance sheet accounting - you have a solid foundation
  • thanks to several years of professional experience in asset accounting as well as knowledge of accounts payable, you are very familiar with the most important tasks
  • good knowledge of tax and commercial law (HGB). important tasks

  • you are confident in using common accounting and ERP systems as well as working with MS Office
