Job description

  • In your daily routine, you will be responsible for processing all accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring all incoming payments
  • You will carry out the account assignment and posting of all business transactions in DATEV securely and on time for our team in compliance with legal requirements
  • In the context of receivables management, you will be responsible for handling the dunning process, always ensuring professional communication with our customers:
  • You actively support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure that all relevant data from your specialist departments is prepared correctly
  • As a team-oriented personality, you act as a competent contact person for internal interfaces and external partners for all queries regarding accounting and payment processing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) forms the basis of your qualification
  • You must have several years of sound professional experience in the financial accounting department of a company or in a tax office for this demanding position
  • In dealing with the DATEV software and the common MS Office applications, in particular Excel, you are absolutely confident and experienced in your way of working
  • You use your German language skills at native speaker level on a daily basis to ensure error-free communication with colleagues and suppliers
