- You will be actively involved in the comprehensive accounts payable and accounts receivable and accounts receivable accounting, including the timely and professional recording of all incoming invoices
- In addition, you will be responsible for the careful inventory and the continuous management of fixed assets in compliance with the applicable accounting guidelines
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of the dunning process and ensure smooth payment transactions and liquidity through your conscientious working methods
- You will also be involved in the administrative handling of complex third-party funded projects, You will always monitor compliance with specific project specifications
- As part of your work, you will support the creation, maintenance and regular checking of master data to ensure high data quality in the system on a permanent basis
- Finally, you will be responsible for carrying out general and organisational activities within the accounting department and ensure the structured filing of all relevant documents
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of financial accounting and are confident in dealing with common accounting processes and the legal basis
- Your sound knowledge of common IT applications, especially MS Office and specific accounting software, will characterise you in your day-to-day work
- Written and spoken German at native speaker level as well as a precise way of expressing yourself are essential for internal coordination and communication with customers
- Furthermore, you will have a high degree of reliability and a strong affinity for numbers, in order to always process the assigned tasks on time and without errors
- Finally, you are a motivated team player and always work independently, in a structured manner and with a keen eye for the necessary details in accounting
