    Job description

    • You will be responsible for general and project-related secretarial tasks such as correspondence, organising and coordinating appointments
    • You will provide reliable support to the team with dunning and payment transactions
    • You will record wage hours, sick notes and holiday times carefully
    • maintaining data and the digital management of construction files are part of your tasks
    • you actively participate in the creation of internal performance evaluations
    • general office tasks such as telephone calls, incoming mail and recording delivery notes are of course part of your everyday work


    Requirements

    • You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
    • . as an office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
    • Professional experience in the construction industry is desirable but not a requirement
    • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have knowledge of the tendering and invoicing programme
    • Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
    • You have very good communication skills and a friendly manner towards customers, suppliers and employees:inside, suppliers and employees
