• The professional and disciplinary management of your team and the active further development of all assigned employees are your central area of responsibility
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct and timely preparation of all interim and regular invoices for all of our client's business customers and periodic invoices for all of our client's business customers
• You are responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable and receivables management within the billing system used to secure financial liquidity
• Continuous optimisation and strategic development of all billing-relevant processes are part of your daily tasks, in order to ensure efficient working methods in the long term
• you will carry out well-founded risk assessments and initiate suitable measures to secure receivables independently and integrate them professionally into your day-to-day work
• you will handle complex customer cases and challenging escalations, for example in the event of insolvencies or priority customers, confidently using your strong technical expertise
• close cooperation with the Management Board and the management of strategic projects form an essential part of your responsible work for our client

• You have successfully completed your business studies with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have the necessary theoretical foundation
• Your career path and expertise are characterised by several years of professional experience in billing and accounts receivable management within a high-volume mass business
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and a deep understanding of key business figures are essential for your daily work
• Extensive knowledge of contract law and risk management will help you, recognise potential bad debts at an early stage and counteract them effectively
• extensive experience in managing personnel enables you to lead your team in a motivating manner and promote individual development
• comprehensive IT knowledge of common ERP systems and a confident use of MS Office applications are essential for the fulfilment of your tasks
• a native level of written and spoken German is essential for your internal and external communication with all parties involved
