Job description

  • You record and check business transactions in accounts payable and ensure that all incoming invoices are processed correctly and completely
  • You reconcile accounts, clarify open items and process account statements to ensure a clean and transparent posting status
  • In addition, you check invoices and prepare outgoing payments, so that you ensure smooth payment transactions
  • You provide support with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS and help to ensure that all deadlines and quality requirements are met
  • In addition, you will take on tasks in accounts receivable and ensure that customer accounts are processed reliably
  • In addition, you will communicate with internal departments, suppliers and affiliated companies and ensure that all accounting issues are clarified in a timely manner

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
  • You also have initial experience in financial accounting or accounting, whether through training, career entry or previous activities
  • In addition, you are interested in modern ERP systems and ideally already have initial knowledge of SAP FI
  • You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • you have strong communication skills in German and English and work confidently with various interfaces
  • you work independently, conscientiously and in a team-oriented manner
