Job description

  • You will check invoices from our suppliers:internal and service providers
  • In the electronic invoice receipt tool PID, which is fully integrated into SAP R/3, you process incoming invoices
  • You are responsible for processing reminders
  • You reliably check, assign and post incoming invoices
  • You create and routinely manage recurring entries
  • In the event of enquiries from suppliers,
  • you are a competent contact person for enquiries from suppliers, for example regarding invoice reductions or subsequent cash discount payments, as well as for internal queries from the specialist departments
  • you provide active and solution-oriented support for overdue documents, especially those relating to the annual financial statements

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained sound experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • You are confident in using the ERP system SAP R/3
  • You have comprehensive technical knowledge in auditing, accounting and in posting logics
  • you have a very good command of written and spoken German
  • you have a valid work permit
  • you are characterised by structured, careful and reliable work, even in stressful phases
  • strong communication skills and team spirit are part of your profile
