For our client, a medium-sized automotive electronics and sensor technology company in Delbrück, we are looking for you as Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the recording and conscientious checking, account assignment and posting of all business transactions within your assigned area of operational accounts payable
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the independent and correct processing of all travel expense reports, taking into account the currently applicable tax and internal company guidelines
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the timely processing of all payment transactions and ensure through your careful working methods that all liabilities are always settled on time, that all liabilities are always settled on time
  • The regular reconciliation of accounts and the clarification of open items and differences with internal interfaces are also part of your daily tasks
  • As part of your work, you actively support the preparation of business statistics and analyses and thus provide a sound data basis for internal decisions
  • Finally, you are responsible for the structured preparation of the monthly financial statements and work closely with other specialist departments, to ensure smooth Group consolidation


Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification such as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in financial accounting, whereby you have acquired in-depth expertise, particularly in the area of accounts payable and travel expense accounting
  • You have a sound knowledge of common ERP systems and are experienced in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good basic knowledge of English for confident communication within international corporate structures
  • You also have a high degree of reliability and a strong affinity for numbers, which helps you to always maintain an overview even in complex situations
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work independently, in a structured manner and with a very high demand on the quality and accuracy of your work results
