Job description

  • You check, and post incoming invoices
  • maintaining and reconciling vendor accounts is also one of your regular tasks
  • you also process all payment transactions
  • in the event of invoice discrepancies, you contact suppliers to clarify discrepancies
  • you are also responsible for carrying out payment runs with a particular focus on discount periods

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You already have professional experience as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
  • You are confident in working with SAP-FI and MS Excel
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience with ELO ECM or comparable software for digital invoicing processes
  • You are characterised by a high affinity for numbers and accuracy
  • With very good communication skills in German, both orally and in writing
  • You work independently, in a structured manner and always carefully
  • Your strengths include a strong ability to work in a team and reliability
  • You have organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
  • You enjoy communicating with internal and external contacts
