• Your main tasks will include creating outgoing invoices and credit notes, ensuring that the entire invoicing process runs smoothly
• You will be responsible for monitoring, account assignment and posting incoming and outgoing payments so that you maintain an overview of all cash flows at all times
• The focus will be on independently monitoring open items, carrying out the dunning process and clarifying payment arrears with the relevant contacts:
• You will manage customer and supplier data independently and apply your diligence to the maintenance of relevant information systems
• You will check incoming invoices both formally and factually, including monitoring the approval process
• You set up standing orders, manage open items and reliably make payments on time
• Your daily routine includes professional communication with customers:inside by answering queries and helping with concerns

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office clerk (m/f/d), or further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
• You already have several years of experience in financial accounting
• Your knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP FI orsystems such as SAP FI or DATEV are confident and experienced
• You are characterised by very good written and spoken German
• You have strong communication skills and a good understanding of numbers
• Reliable and structured working methods are a matter of course for you in your everyday work
