Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete recording, professional processing and posting of all incoming invoices within the SAP system landscape, taking into account internal posting guidelines

Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) and ideally have successfully completed further training as a certified financial accountant (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the processing of national and international invoice transactions and are confident in dealing with workflow-based systems for digital document processing
- You have a sound knowledge of the SAP modules FI and MM.modules FI and MM characterise you and enable you to efficiently carry out financial accounting and logistics-related invoice verification in your day-to-day work
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication with international suppliers and internal departments at various locations
- Furthermore you have a high degree of analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers in order to be able to process complex issues in accounts payable precisely and error-free
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work reliably and independently with a high quality standard for your daily results within the finance team
