• You will be responsible for managing the invoice receipt book and processing and posting invoices
• You will be responsible for the payment run and individual payments
• Maintaining the master data for creditors, material cost maintenance as well as the administration and booking of the cash register
• You process the travel expense reports
• You are responsible for mail processing, Intrastat reports and general activities
• You act as a deputy in accounts receivable

• A completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or further training as an accountant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
• You are characterised by good MS Office skills and good SAP knowledge is an advantage
