Job description

  • You will reliably handle general office and administrative tasks
  • In addition, you will provide support with documentation and data maintenance
  • With your commitment, you will be involved in the preparation and checking of invoices
  • You will conduct correspondence with internal and external contacts

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications
  • You have a reliable and structured way of working
  • Communication skills and team orientation are a matter of course for you
