- You will be responsible for all claims handling for the iPads used in school operations and coordinate all processes between the school, parents and insurance providers

- In addition, you are responsible for professional complaints management in the school environment and act as the central contact person for all parties involved in the event of problems or ambiguities
- Furthermore, you are responsible for the administrative management tasks within the municipal pool operation and ensure the smooth running of the daily organisational processes through your conscientious working methods
- The checking and account assignment of incoming invoices is also part of your tasks, You will always comply with the applicable budgetary regulations of the municipal administration and internal guidelines
- As part of your work, you will support the specialist department in the preparation of statistics and documentation to ensure a transparent overview of claims and their financial settlement
- Finally, you will be responsible for general correspondence with external partners and service providers and your structured way of working will make a significant contribution to relieving the entire administrative team
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d) in your previous career
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in processing or administration, ideally with initial points of contact in claims settlement or in the public sector of a municipality or authority
- You are characterised by your solid knowledge of common MS Officeapplications and modern document management systems and enable you to efficiently process daily digital and analogue administrative processes
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as a precise way of expressing yourself in customer contact are essential for this position due to the intensive communication with various interest groups
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of resilience and a pronounced service orientation, to always be friendly and solution-orientated towards citizens even in stressful situations
- Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work reliably and independently on the projects assigned to you within the diverse structures of modern public city administration
