Job description

  • You will be responsible for course administration for training courses and BAMF courses, take care of participant management and provide organisational support for the processes
  • You will be responsible for cash management and provide support with billing and booking processes
  • You will issue and process invoices and keep a reliable eye on incoming payments
  • You will provide support to customers both by telephone and in writing:and interested parties regarding course offers and registrations


Requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the care or healthcare
  • you are experienced in dealing with databases
  • good computer skills distinguish you and support you in your daily tasks
  • with a confident manner and a pronounced customer orientation, you are responsive to conversation partners
  • you organise your work processes independently and act responsibly
  • you are willing to continue your education and are open to new challenges
  • as a team player:You work constructively with your colleagues
