- You organise and monitor the maintenance of all buildings carefully
- You coordinate and monitor service and maintenance work on heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems independently
- You are responsible for the control and regulation of building technology
- You actively support repairs and maintenance in the area of other building services
- You are involved in project planning, implementation and supervision of new construction and refurbishment projects
- You are involved in the awarding of contracts to external companies
- You are involved in the documentation of all facility management work
- You are committed and conscientious in preventive fire protection
Requirements
- You have professional experience in the field of HSHK, ideally from a comparable position
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- You are characterised by a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility
- You have a class B driving licence
- You work independently, structured, reliable and flexible
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
