Job description

  • You will be responsible for the creation of complex HR analyses and regular reporting by defining relevant key figures and developing meaningful dashboards for management
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the use of OneModel to create visual dashboards and actively support the entire team in data-based decision-making
  • Furthermore, you will supervise the creation of simple automations using Microsoft Excel and support your colleagues:
  • Administrative support for the global team in the Workday area as well as the execution of routine tasks such as mass uploads are also part of your job.uploads are also part of your diverse daily tasks
  • as part of your job, you will support process improvements in close cooperation with the parent company and independently carry out audits within the system for quality assurance
  • finally, you will be responsible for processing tickets in the Service Now system and act as a competent contact person for all enquiries relating to the HR technology used

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (m/f/d) with a focus on HR or in the field of business informatics (m/f/d) as well as a comparable academic qualification
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting and have sound knowledge in the creation of analysis tools in modern HR
  • Your confident knowledge of Microsoft Excel at expert level as well as your extensive experience as a superuser in common HR systems and in the back-end of Workday characterise you.end of Workday distinguish you
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a fluent command of English for internal and external communication with all stakeholders
