Job description

  • You will independently and precisely ensure the conscientious maintenance of the archive for sensitive manufacturing documentation in compliance with strict quality guidelines
  • You will sort new additions to manufacturing reports using your structured working methods, to ensure complete traceability for our team at all times
  • You are responsible for the controlled issue and proper return of the manufacturing documentation if documents are lent to other departments for internal inspection
  • Continuous monitoring of the archive stocks is in your hands, where you proactively identify stock shortages and maintain order within the storage systems in the long term
  • You support the specialist departments in quickly researching historical data and ensure compliance with legal retention periods through your careful document management
  • Active support for the optimisation of internal archiving processes takes place through your involvement in digitisation projects in order to continuously increase the efficiency of document management for your department

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or specialist for media and information services (m/f/d)
  • you have sound professional experience in the administrative field as well as a strong understanding of file management, which will make you particularly suitable for this responsible position in the GMP environment
  • your high level of conscientiousness and excellent self-organisation will enable you to handle large volumes of documents without errors, taking into account all applicable safety regulations and archiving standards
  • you are experienced in the use of MS Office programs and have experience with digital archiving systems.programs and experience with digital archiving systems will be used by you for the daily processing of production reports
  • You will use your knowledge of written and spoken German at native speaker level for error-free documentation and internal communication with all those involved in the process
  • A valid residence permit including an unrestricted work permit for the German labour market must be presented by you as a basic requirement for contractual employment
