Job description

  • You will be responsible for providing professional advice and intensive support to customers in the fields of metal construction and façade construction:customers from the metal construction and façade construction sectors with regard to modern, automatic door systems in the sales area
  • In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the defined sales targets and margin responsibility through targeted sales activities for our specific product portfolio in the area of security entrance products
  • Furthermore, you will supervise the development of individual, customer-specific solutions from the first clarification directly on the construction site to the detailed preparation of quotations to the final order, customer-specific solutions from the initial clarification directly at the construction site to the detailed preparation of quotations and the final order placement
  • Your tasks also include the strategic orientation as well as the sustainable development and continuous maintenance of long-term customer relationships in close coordination with the specified corporate goals

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or further training as a technical business economist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the sale of technical products, ideally with industry knowledge from the areas of construction sites, assembly or the installation of security technology
  • You are characterised by your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as a strong understanding of business administration and a strong technical affinity for products that require explanation
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication within the internationally operating group of companies and with customers
