• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advice to your defined customer base in the field of high-quality precious metals and the international jewellery industry
• In addition, you will be responsible for identifying new market potential and actively acquiring new customers to sustainably increase turnover in your sales area
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the entire handling of your sales talks directly on site with the customer:
• Representing our customer at global trade fairs and industry-specific events is also part of your exciting and varied tasks in international sales
• As part of your job, you will support the management in preparing market analyses and prepare strategic decision papers for the future direction of the company
• Finally, you will be responsible for the precise documentation of your sales activities in the CRM system and ensure a smooth flow of information between the departments involved

• You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) and preferably have successfully completed further training as a business administrator (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in active sales or key account management, ideally with points of contact to the jewellery or precious metals industry
• You are particularly well versed in common MS Office applications and in the use of modern CRM systems
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and are fluent in English for communication with your international customers:
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of cosmopolitanism and a pronounced willingness to travel for worldwide assignments to ensure customer presence on site
• Finally, you are a communication talent with a confident demeanour and always work in a goal-oriented, independent manner and with a very high service orientation towards customers
