• You assemble large motors according to drawings and ensure that all specifications are implemented exactly
• You assemble individual parts, including components, electrics, hoses and pipes, independently into assemblies and always follow the technical drawings
• You carefully check impressions and measurements so that each assembly meets the required standards
• You document the individual work steps transparently and comprehensibly, so that all processes are seamlessly recorded
• You complete the engine according to drawings and check that all components are correctly installed

• You prepare test procedures and then take care of their follow-up so that quality and function are reliably ensured

• Ideally, you have completed training as a fitter (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), car mechanic or agricultural machinery fitter (m/f/d), but you are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with experience as a mechanic
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You have experience in the assembly of engines or assemblies according to drawings and can apply this knowledge in a targeted manner in everyday production
• You have an affinity for technology, ideally supplemented by practical motor knowledge, so that you can also master complex assembly tasks safely
• You always work carefully during testing and documentation and make sure that all specifications are implemented completely and comprehensibly
• You are prepared to work in a 2-shift system and adapt flexibly to different working hours

• A crane licence would be an advantage for you and supports you in a variety of tasks, but is not mandatory
