- You independently determine the costs for construction services
- You reliably support the construction management in its tasks
- Your strength lies in the precise determination of quantities and the compilation of relevant data
- You carefully manage and maintain construction files, documentation and reports
- You create and process contracts, invoices and offers on your own responsibility
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as an assistant in the construction sector
- Knowledge of SAP or CAD is an advantage for you
- Technical understanding characterises you as well as the ability to read and understand construction plans with confidence
- Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment round off your profile
- You always work independently and in a structured manner
