- You will be responsible for the professional assembly of various individual parts and assemblies until your work results in complete vehicles or trailers
- You will assemble the subframe independently and ensure that all components are stable, that all components are stable
- at the factory, you remove the tractor unit and systematically prepare it for the upcoming assembly
- you are responsible for the electrical interfaces in the towing vehicle and connect them in a targeted manner
- you use modern measuring systems to ensure precise fault diagnosis
- you carefully inspect vehicles and check the most important functions
- you check all attachment points of the superstructures to ensure that everything is securely in place, whether everything is secure and in place
- You check hydraulic systems and the all-wheel drive to ensure that all processes run smoothly
- You tackle defective parts and replace them reliably
- You routinely change the lubricants and brake and hydraulic fluids
Requirements
- Your completed training as a car mechanic or mechatronics technician is the solid basis of your qualification
- You have a technical understanding and manual dexterity, so that you can also master demanding tasks with confidence
- With a strong awareness of quality, you pay attention to careful work and reliable results
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
