• You advise customers:You provide comprehensive advice on new and used vehicles, especially from Mercedes-Benz, and guide them confidently through the entire sales process
• You build lasting relationships with your customers, accompany them from the initial contact to the vehicle handover and are also reliably at their side afterwards
• Whether sales offers, financing or leasing, you take care of all formalities professionally
• You monitor current trends and market movements in order to manage offers and promotions in a targeted manner
• You organise and accompany test drives, present vehicles at events and represent our dealership to the outside world

• You have completed training as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in automotive sales, preferably in the premium segment, Experience with Mercedes-Benz is particularly valuable
• You are familiar with common IT and dealer management systems
• Your enthusiasm for cars and your enjoyment of contact with people is immediately noticeable
• You impress with your confident, friendly demeanour and strong service orientation
• Initiative and team spirit are part of your everyday work
