• You will be responsible for the independent execution of all cell culture tasks for the targeted preparation of potency analysis for the novel dengue vaccine
• In addition, you will be responsible for maintenance cell culture and precise seeding in 6-well plates, including complete documentation and technical evaluation
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the documentation of all work steps in strict compliance with the applicable GMP guidelines to ensure consistently high pharmaceutical quality

• The compliance and implementation of the work according to defined standard operating procedures is also part of your tasks within the regulated and ultra-modern laboratory environment
• You are responsible for the documentation of all work steps in strict compliance with the applicable GMP guidelines.environment
• as part of your role, you will support communication and the proactive reporting of procedural anomalies or critical deviations to the relevant interfaces
• finally, you will be responsible for the general laboratory organisation by assuming responsibility for equipment and coordinating regular equipment maintenance and ordering

• You have successfully completed training as a biology lab technician (m/f/d), biological-technical assistant (m/f/d) or chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) and have specialist knowledge
• You have initial practical work experience in cell culture and are confident in dealing with sterile working techniques and the documentation of complex laboratory processes
• Your IT skills include the confident use of common MS-Office applications and ideally experience with specialised laboratory software for the digital recording of analysis data
• You also have a native level of written and spoken German and good English skills for internal and external communication
• You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany as a basic requirement for carrying out this responsible job
