For our client, a medium-sized company in the fashion industry in Hamminkeln, we are looking for you as Branch Manager (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with a takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the full management and support of the shops in Solingen Ohligs and Solingen Mitte in strict compliance with the key business figures
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your team and promote the individual development of your employees through regular feedback
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines at the point of sale for the optimal presentation of goods for all interested customers:
  • Continuously analysing sales trends and deriving and implementing targeted sales measures to increase profitability are also part of your core tasks
  • As part of your role, you will support strategic personnel planning and recruiting and ensure efficient rostering for both locations
  • Furthermore, you will support the optimisation of internal processes in the area of cash management and goods logistics and always act as a role model for your entire team
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the entire inventory management and stock management and ensure a high level of goods availability in the sales areas through your control

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as a retail merchant (m/f/d), retail specialist (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a management position in the textile retail sector and have a proven track record in managing sales teams
  • Your confident knowledge of interpreting business figures and using modern merchandise management systems
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness in order to achieve the set sales targets together with your team
  • Finally, you are a decisive personality and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, taking into account the high quality standards of our customer in daily shop operations
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
