Job description

  • You will assume overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the German location with currently 10 employees.
  • In doing so, you will build a stable foundation to drive growth and stronger market establishment.
  • You will act as an interface between the German market and the international Group structures.
  • In addition, you will manage the budget and keep an eye on the financial targets.
  • You will also be responsible for cost control and thus ensure economic stability. You will be responsible for the strategic management of B2B sales
  • Regularly liaise with the parent company outside Germany
  • You will also be responsible for communicating with international contacts
  • You will conscientiously document relevant processes and results
  • You will be the central point of contact for employees, customers and suppliers


Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or have another comparable qualification or a corresponding degree
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the hairdressing or cosmetics sector
  • several years of commercial work experience in a similar role would be an advantage for you
  • you have sound MS Office skills
  • you are business fluent in German and English
  • you also have a driving licence
  • good communication skills are one of Your strengths

  • You make decisions confidently and responsibly
  • A high level of social competence and sensitivity in dealing with long-term employees round off your profile
