- You will be responsible for diagnosing faults and repairing electrical and electronic laboratory equipment
- Your tasks will include inspecting, operating, maintaining and regularly servicing machines and technical building systems
- You will carry out installation work on electrotechnical systems and related trades, using your knowledge in a targeted manner
- You will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting technical building systems and the building management system at the institute
- You will be prepared to be on call at weekends every four weeks to ensure flexible support
Requirements
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
- With your completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or in a similar profession recognised in Germany, you are ideally qualified
- You have several years of professional experience in the support and maintenance of technical systems in supply or building services engineering - especially in the laboratory sector, so that you are familiar with the relevant standards, norms and guidelines
- you have sound knowledge in the maintenance of electrical and supply technology systems so that you can complete all tasks independently
- you can communicate successfully with external contacts with a good command of English
- your ability to work in a team, curiosity and commitment ensure that you complete tasks reliably and efficiently
