Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent acceptance and processing of fault reports as well as the maintenance, servicing and care of our technical building equipment (incl. modern refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology). modern refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology) are in your hands
  • In addition, you will take care of the maintenance and consistent implementation of maintenance and inspection plans
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating, supporting and monitoring external service providers and tradespeople
  • You will also provide support during relocations, conversions and minor structural adjustments
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring order, cleanliness and safety on the entire company premises
  • Last but not least, you will be involved in repair and maintenance work on our production facilities

Requirements

  • You have completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d) for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you ideally have an additional qualification as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or are interested in corresponding further training
  • If possible, you have already gained professional experience in a technical environment or building management.

  • You are confident in using MS Office; ideally, you have experience with building services-specific software solutions
  • Furthermore, you are willing to occasionally work outside of normal working hours (e.g. at weekends)

  • High technical understanding, manual dexterity and an independent way of working characterise you
