- You are responsible for technical and infrastructural facility management and ensure smooth building operation
- You identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and thus contribute to the functionality and safety of the property
- In direct communication with suppliers, you organise processes and coordinate their assignments for maintenance and repair
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in the field of building services and you actively apply this in your everyday work
- Good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate clearly
- You have a valid work permit
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift operation
- You are reliable and you are able to work in a 3-shift operation.shift work
