We are looking for our client, a small family business that has been active in Cologne for over 50 years in the management of properties in its own portfolio, commercial properties with a focus on office space and residential properties.

Job description
- You work closely with external companies and coordinate their assignments
- You carry out maintenance and inspections of various systems independently
- You reliably rectify faults and replace defective parts
- Inspections and inspection rounds are part of your regular working day
- For our tenants:Inside, you are a competent contact person for technical issues
- You accompany renovation measures and support their implementation
- You are responsible for manual work in all areas as well as carrying out minor repairs
- You take on cleaning work as well as the removal of bulky waste
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training, e.g. as a plumber (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d)
- You have already gained experience in dealing with customers and supervising tradespeople
- You have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
- You are energetic, high level of social competence and strong customer orientation characterise you
- you communicate confidently and bindingly with different contact persons
- a friendly, committed and service-oriented appearance as well as reliable and careful working methods are a matter of course for you
