• You are responsible for the procurement planning of all parts relevant to production
• You maintain articles independently in the ERP system and ensure that the data is up to date
• As a contact person, you always maintain an overview of problems in the supply chain and find solutions
• You communicate with suppliers:You are responsible for
• you reliably create and make bookings in the ERP system (SAP)
• you carefully check incoming invoices
• you obtain quotations and create professional price comparisons
• if necessary, you are also involved in the acquisition of new suppliers

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Experience in working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Professional experience in purchasing, in scheduling and ideally in a manufacturing company
• you have strong knowledge of MS Office and IT applications
• good written and spoken German skills are part of your portfolio
• you can present a valid work permit
• you are characterised by a very good technical understanding
• you work independently, carefully and in a structured manner
